Changes are proposed to restructure and clarify rule provisions. Forms for outdoor advertising permits and vegetation management permits are being revised for consistency with the amended statute and proposed rule. Permit fees for signs under 200 square feet are proposed to be made consistent with permit fees assigned to larger signs.
