The rule is being amended to implement changes in statute regarding acquisition of conservation lands, and changes in Board of Trustees' policies regarding conservation lands and appraisals. Published on: 4013392. The Board published a Notice of Rule Development on January 5, 2007, to amend Rules 18-1.002, 18-1.003, 18-1.005, 18-1.006, 18-1.007 and 18-1.008, F.A.C. As those Rules were developed, it became clear that it may be necessary to open every rule in the chapter to update and clarify them. The purposes of this amendment are to clarify the rules and implement statutes and policies adopted by the Board for land acquisition and appraisal procedures.
