The Trustees of the State Board of Administration of Florida will consider proposed amendments to the following rules and will be asked for permission to file a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for these rules, and to file these rules for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing: Amendments to Rule 19-4.0012, F.A.C. to update definitions; amendments to Rule 19-4.0031, F.A.C., to update the terms set forth, to update procedures to reflect current practices, and to revise a statutory provision; amendments creating new proposed Rule 19-4.0035, F.A.C., which will advise the public of the existence of the most recent version of the Investment Policy Statement for the Florida Retirement System (“FRS”) Defined Benefit Plan and how to obtain copies of this statement.
