The Commission considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on April 7, 2020, by telephone conference call. The Commission’s Orders were filed on June 10, 2020 and July 10, 2020. Prior to consideration of this item, earlier in the meeting agenda, the Commission voted to proceed with promulgation of an Emergency Rule on the same subjects as the Petition, Adoption of the Emergency Rule will provide a blanket exception to the issues confronting Petitioners.
