The Petitioner is requesting a Declaratory Statement for approval of the filming schedule is not inconsistent with Subsection 61K1-1.003(2)(b)6., Florida Administrative Code, and clarification of Rule 61K1-1.030, Florida Administrative Code, in regards to the number of rounds and the manner in which they are applied to the reality show described in the Petition..
