Published on: 23548125. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 13, 2020 Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Tyler Lundsgaard, representing NX North Port Owner LLC. The petitioner seeks a variance from subsection 64E-12.005(4), Florida Administrative Code, requiring all areas of the facility shall be well lighted. Dormitories, bedrooms, toilets, bathing rooms, shower rooms, and dayrooms to have light fixtures that provide at least 20 foot candles of illumination in all areas of the room, measured at a distance 30 inches from the floor, to permit observation, cleaning and maintenance.
