The changes will update and clarify certain rule requirements. The proposed rule amendments will address definitions, inspections, forms, variances, personal hygiene facilities, food service facilities, beds and bedding, citations, animal health and safety and other matters to protect the health and safety of migrant and seasonal farm workers.
