The Department intends to amend several rules within Chapter 65-2, Rules of Practice and Procedure, to reflect the Office of Appeal Hearings current process for conducting administrative fair hearings. These amendments include revisions to comply with the review completed by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The Office of Appeal Hearings determined rulemaking was necessary for these rules to establish and clarify the current practices and procedures followed for the administrative fair hearings conducted by this office.
