The Department is also adding the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, the Cystic Fibrosis, iBudget Florida and Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care waivers and their deduction policies. These policies are used to determine the amount the Medicaid Agency must reduce its payments to nursing facilities and waiver providers, for services provided to an individual towards their cost of care in the post eligibility determination process.
