Notice is hereby given pursuant to subsection 127.74(5), F.S., that the deadline for implementing rulemaking of the above noticed rule is being extended to October 1, 2018. The reason for the delay in the implementation of the rule necessitating this extension is the extraordinary and unexpected amount of time devoted by staff in the Division of Law Enforcement to removal and disposal of displaced and derelict vessels following the impacts of Hurricane Irma in September 2017.
