96On August 29, 2006, a Partial Award was entered, which

106resolved all issues related to an award, except attorney's fees

116and other expenses incurred in pursuing the claim. With regard

126to those expenses, the order provided:

132By separate order or notice, a hearing will

140be scheduled to resolve the amount owing for

148reasonable expenses incurred in connection

153with the filing of the claim, including

160reasonable attorney's fees. Once resolved,

165an award will be made and a final order

174issued.

175The hearing to resolve the amount owing for attorney's fees

185and other expenses incurred in pursuing the claim was originally

195scheduled for November 13 and 14, 2006. However, at the

205parties' request the hearing was reschedul ed for November 27,

2152006. In the interim, the parties resolved their dispute, and

225on November 22, 2006, filed a Stipulation for Settlement of

235Reasonable Expenses , wherein they agreed that "Petitioners shall

243receive . . . an award of . . . $41,600.00 , of w hich $34,600.00

260shall be an attorney's fee to Petitioners' counsel (inclusive of

270any/all fees owed to both Alto m Maglio, Esquire [ , ] and Henry T.

284Courtney, Esquire [ , ] and their respective firms), and $7,000.00

295shall be reimbursement of taxable costs , in acc ordance with

305§ 766.31(1)(c), Florida Statutes."
