34On November 5, 2004, a final a dministrative hearing in this

45case was held in St. Petersburg, Florida, before William F.

55Quattlebaum, Administrative Law Judge, Division of

61Administrative Hearings. A Recommended Order was entered on

69December 1, 2004.

72On January 6, 2005, the Human Rela tions Division of the

83City of St. Petersburg, filed a letter stating that, based on a

95new Interlocal Agreement between the City of St. Petersburg and

105Pinellas County dated November 29, 2004, the local ordinance now

115applicable to this case requires that the administrative law

124judge enters a final order after providing a period of time for

136the parties to file exceptions to the Recommended Order. The

146letter states that the parties were informed of the right to

157file exceptions and that none were filed. Pursua nt to the

168request set forth in the letter, it is hereby

177ORDERED that the Recommended Order entered in this case is

187adopted in toto, and Petitioner's complaint is hereby DISMISSED.
