THIS CAUSE is before me for issuance of a Final Order In a letter dated

December 28 2009 Manuel L Romero M D Respondent was informed that the State

of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration Agency was assessing a fine

sanction of 00 500 for violation s of 7 e under Rule 9 59G 070 F A C

On January 25 2010 the Respondent requested a Formal Administrative Hearing

The request was forwarded to the Division of Administrative Hearings DOAH on

January 27 2010 by the Agency and assigned to an Administrative Law Judge ALT

On May 10 2010 the Agency sent Respondent a letter rescinding the fine

sanction

On May 11 2010 the Agency file a Motion to Dismiss based on the forgoing

letter of rescission

On May 12 2010 the ALJ issued an Order Closing File

ORDER

BASED on the forgoing it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this matter is

now rendered moot
