59This matter came before the State of Florida Commission on

69Ethics ("Commission"), meeting in public session on May 4, 2012,

81on the Commission's own motion, the Commission being advised

90that the matter, a referral of a petition for costs and attorney

102fees to the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) , has been

112settled to the mutual satisfaction of the parties to the

122petition, and that the DOAH ALJ has entered an order closing the

134DOAH file in the matter. See the letter from Mr. Paulding's

145counsel, dated April 17, 2012, and the DOAH order, dated

155February 24, 2012, which are attached and incorporated herein.

164Accordingly, in view of the foregoing, this costs and fees
