13.BasedupontheFindingsofFactadoptedherein,theDepartmentconcludesthat

WineWarehouseofSt.Petersburg,Inc.violatedthespecificstatutesandrulesallegedinthe

OrderofPenaltyAssessment,theAmendedOrderofPenaltyAssessment,the2ndAmended

OrderofPenaltyAssessment,andthe3rdAmendedOrderofPenaltyAssessment,andhereby

adoptstheviolation(s)chargedintheOrderofPenaltyAssessment,theAmendedOrder of

PenaltyAssessment,the2ndAmendedOrder of PenaltyAssessment,andthe3rdAmended

Order of PenaltyAssessmentastheConclusions of Lawinthiscase.

PENALTYIMPOSED

14.TheSettlementAgreement,theOrderClosingFilefromtheDivision of

AdministrativeHearings,theOrder of PenaltyAssessment,theAmendedOrder of Penalty

Assessment,the2ndAmendedOrder of PenaltyAssessment,andthe3rdAmendedOrder of
