This matter came before the Department for entry of a Final Order upon submission of an

Order Closing File by Robert E. Meale, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of

Administrative Hearings, a copy of which is attached and incorporated by reference in this order.

The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing File as its Final Order in this matter. Said

Order Closing File was predicated upon Respondent's withdrawal of his objection to the

establishment of a new dealership, filed AprilS, 2011.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Petitioner, Scott Koster d/b/a Sunrise Scooters, Inc.,

be granted a license for the sale of motorcycles manufactured by Taizhou Chuanl Motorcycle

Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (CHUA) at 1923 South Federal Highway, Fort Laudcrdale (Broward

County), Florida 33316, upon compliance with all applicable requirements of Section 320.27,

Florida Statutes, and all applicable Department rules.
