58Pet itione r Tracie Inman filed a complaint of discrimination pursuant to the Florida
72Civil Rights Act of 1992, Sections 509.092 and 760.01 - 760.11, Florida Statutes (2010 ),
87alleging that R e sponde nt Jian Deng Bao, d/b/a China Garden s Restaurant, committed an
103unlawfu l public accommodations practice on the basis of PetitionerÓs handicap by
115refusing Petitioner access to the restaurant for dine - in service because Petitioner was
129accompanied by her service animal.
134The allegations set forth in the complaint w er e i n vestig a ted, and, on October 6,
1532011 , t he Executive Director issued a determination fin ding that there was reasonable
167cause to bel ieve that an unlawful public accommodations practice had occurred.

650Noting that Respondent has already been ordered by FCHR Order No. 12 - 019 to
665cease and desist from discriminating further in the manner it has been found to have
680unlawfully discriminated against Petitioner, Respondent, Jian Deng Bao, d/b/a China
690Gardens Restaurant , is hereby ORDERED to pay Petitioner attorneyÓs fees in the amount
703of $12,754.50 and costs in the amount of $212.21, as recomme nded by the
718Administrative Law Judge.
721The parties have the right to seek judicial review of this Order. The Commission
