124STATEMENT OF THE ISSUE

128The issue in this case is whether Respondent, Supported

137Employment Plus, Inc., committed an unlawful employment practice

145in violation of section 77-53 of the Pinellas County Code, by

156terminating the employment of Petitioner, Shakaria Mitchell,

163because of her race.

167Neither party filed written exceptions to the Recommended

175Order. The findings of fact and conclusions of law set forth in

187the Recommended Order are hereby adopted and incorporated by

196reference in this Final Order.

201ORDER

202Based on the foregoing, it is determined that Respondent,

211Supported Employment Plus, Inc., did not commit an unlawful

220employment practice as charged, and it is ORDERED that

229Petitioner, Shakaria Mitchell's charge of discrimination is

236DISMISSED.
