43The State of Florida Commission on Ethics, meeting in public session on June 7, 2013,

58adopted the Joint Stipulation of Fact, Law, and Recommended Order entered into between the

72Advocate for the Commission and the Respondent in this matter.

82In accordance with the Stipulation, which is attached hereto and incorporated by

94reference, the Commission finds that the Respondent, as a member of the Board of Supervisors

109of the East Charlotte Drainage District, violated Section 112.3145, Florida Statutes, by failing to

123properly file his 2009 CE Form 1, Statement ofFinancial Interests.

133For the violation, in accordance with the Stipulation, the Commission hereby

144recommends a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000, a penalty which the Respondent has agreed

161to pay.

163ORDERED by the State of Florida Commission on Ethics meeting in public session on
