37THIS CAUSE came before the Agency on Petitioners' Petition to Initiate Formal

49Proceeding (" Petition") that was filed on April 30, 2013.

60On June 25, 2013, the Agency Clerk referred the Petition to the Division of

74Administrative Hearings for further proceedings.

79On October 30, 2013, the Administrative Law Judge assigned to the matter entered an

93Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction based on the parties' Amended Joint Motion

106to Relinquish Jurisdiction and Dismiss with Prejudice.

113Based on the foregoing,

117IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:

124The Petition is hereby dismissed with prejudice. The Agency shall pay Petitioners in
