39The State of Florida Commission on Ethics, meeting in public session on Friday, October

5325, 2013, adopted the Joint Stipulation of Fact, Law and Recommended Order entered into

67between the Advocate for the Commission and the Respondent in this matter. In accordance

81with the Stipulation, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, the

94Commission finds that the Respondent, as a candidate for the Florida House of Representatives,

108violated Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution, by filing an incomplete 2011 CE Form 6,

"123Full and Public Disclosure of Financial Interests."

130For this violation, the Commission hereby recommends that the Respondent be ordered to

143pay a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.

153ORDERED by the State of Florida Commission on Ethics meeting in public session on

167October 25, 2013.
