60Having reviewed the Amended Administrative Complaint and all other matters of record, the

73Agency for Health Care Administration finds and concludes as follows:

831. The Agency has jurisdiction over the above-named Respondent pursuant to Chapters 400,

96Part 483 and 408, Part II, Florida Statutes, and the applicable authorizing statutes and administrative

111code provisions.

1132. The Agency issued the Respondent an Amended Administrative Complaint (Ex. 1). The

126parties have entered into the attached Settlement Agreement (Ex. 2). The Settlement Agreement is

140approved and adopted as part of this Final Order.

149Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED:

1563. The parties shall comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

1684. The Amended Administrative Complaint is withdrawn.

1755. Any requests for an administrative hearing are withdrawn. The parties shall bear their

189own costs and attorney's fees. This matter is closed.
