89Having reviewed the Administrative Complaint, and all other matters of record, the Agency for
103Health Care Administration finds and concludes as follows:
1111. The Agency has jurisdiction over the above-named Respondent pursuant to Chapter 408,
124Part II, Florida Statutes, and the applicable authorizing statutes and administrative code provisions.
1372. The Agency issued the attached Administrative Complaints and Election of Rights forms
150to the Respondent. (Ex. 1) The Election of Rights form advised of the right to an administrative
167hearing.
1683. The parties have since entered into the attached Settlement Agreement. (Ex. 2)

194Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED:
2011. The Settlement Agreement is adopted and incorporated by reference into this Final Order.
215The parties shall comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Respondent shall relinquish
230the Limited Nursing License, and the Agency will issue a Standard license. The Respondent shall retain
246the services of a consultant; a full-time registered nurse to administer the day-to-day medication
260management program; and a licensed pharmacist as set forth in Paragraph 4(d), (e) and (f) of the
277Settlement Agreement.
2792. The Respondent shall pay the Agency $16,000.00. If full payment has been made, the
295cancelled check acts as receipt of payment and no further payment is required. If full payment has not
313been made, payment is due within 30 days of the Final Order. Overdue amounts are subject to statutory
331interest and may be referred to collections. A check made payable to the "Agency for Health Care
