On May 20, 2014, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities referred the formal

protest of Petitioner challenging the Agency's intended award of ITN ADD-13-007 to

Intervenor, Harmony Information Systems, Inc" to the Division of Administrative

Hearings requesting a hearing pursuant to sections 120,569 and 120,57, Florida

Statutes. On May 29, 2014, Petitioner filed a Voluntary Dismissal of the formal protest.

DOAH issued an Order Closing File the same day. A copy of the Order Closing File is

attached and incorporated herein.

It is, therefore, ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The Agency's file in this

matter is closed.
