122Follow ing the presentation of all evidence in this

131proceeding, the arbitrators met in person on October 27, 2015, to

142determine an award, which by majority vote of the arbitrators is

1551. Loss of household services: $58,400

1622. Non - economic dam ages, awarded to

170Arlene Hardoin for a 100% loss of

177Capacity to enjoy life: 1/ $250,000

184Present value of total award: $308,400

1913. The parties have agreed to pay the arbitrators,

200Daniel Harwin and Ilisa Hoffman , at the ra te of $400 per hour.

213Each arbitrator spent 15.5 hours in review of the evidence,

223attendance at the arbitration proceeding, and deliberation in

231order to reach an award. Accordingly, no later than November 9,

2422015, the Defendant s shall pay to the arbitrato rs name d above

255$6,200.00 each. Defendant s shall also pay for the costs of the

2704. The parties have agreed that reasonable attorneyÓs fees
