39commenced upon the filing by William P. McCloskey (Petitioner) of

49an Application for Attorney's Fees and Costs Pursuant to

58Section 57.111 , Florida Statutes. A hearing was conducted on

67February 26, 2014, during whic h the Petitioner and the Department

78of Financial Services (Respondent) stipulated that if the

86Petitioner prevailed, the amount to be awarded to the Petitioner

96was $50,000.

99On May 14, 2014, a Final Order was issued in DOAH Case

111No. 13 - 3214F denying the P etitioner's Application for Attorney's

122Fees and Costs . An appeal of the Final Order was taken by the

136Petitioner to the District Court of Appeal of the State of

147Florida, Fifth District, and on August 21, 2015, the Final Order

158was reversed and remanded to t he Division of Administrative

168Hearings (DOAH).

171Based on the foregoing, and upon review of the decision

181rendered by the appellate court, it is hereby ORDERED that t he
