41This matter having previously come before the Department of Highway Safety and Motor

54Vehicles pursuant to an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction issued March 4, 2016,

68by the Honorable Lizzie F. Bogan, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative

82Hearings, and the Department having issued an Order Abating Action on March 14, 2016, the

97matter is now before the undersigned for entry of a final order upon the parties' Joint Motion for

115Dismissal with Prejudice.

118In their joint motion, the parties advise that they have reached a settlement in the matter,

134that the Respondent has withdrawn its Notice of Termination dated June 18, 2015, rendering the

149Petitioner's protest of the termination of the franchise agreement as moot, and that the parties

164seek a final order dismissing the complaint.

171Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the case is CLOSED.
