50This cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for entry of a Final

65Order of Dismissal following the receipt of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction,

79a copy of which is attached to this Final Order.

89Petitioner had requested a hearing as a result of an Agency decision notice. The request

104was forwarded to the Division of Administrative Hearings for assignment of an Administrative

117Law Judge to conduct the hearing . After a hearing , Petitioner filed a Notice of Withdrawal of his

135Request for an Exemption for Disqualification of Employment, which resulted in the issuance of

149the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction.

156Therefore, based on the foregoing, the petition requesting an administrative hearing is

168DENIED. The Agency action denying Petitioner's request for an exemption from

179disqualification is effective and final according to its terms. .)1..­

511On April 18 , 2016, an adm i n i strative hearing in this case

525was held by video teleconference in Fort Myers and Tallahassee,

535Florida, before William F . Quattlebaum, Administrative Law Judge,

544Division of Administrative Hearings. Both parties were

551represented by legal counsel. The issue presented for hearing

560was whether the Petitioner ' s request for an exemption from

571employment disqualification should be granted , pursuant to

578section 435 . 07, Florida Statutes (2015).
