51This cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for entry of a

65Final Order of Dismissal following the receipt of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing

79Jurisdiction , a copy of which is attached to this Final Order .

91Petitioner had requested a hearing as a result of an Agency decision not i ce . The

108request was forwarded to the Division of Administrative Hearings for assignment of an

121Administrative Law Judge to conduct the hearing . Prior to the hearing , Petitioner

134received a notice granting the Petitioner ' s employment exemption, wh i ch resulted in the

150issuance of the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction as the matter is moot.

164Therefore , based on the foregoing, the petition requesting an administrative

174hearing is DENIED . The Agency action granting Petitioner ' s request for an exemption

189from disqualification is effective and final according to its terms
