51This cause came to the Department from an Order dated June 19, 2017, Closing File and

67Relinquishing Jurisdiction from the Honorable Robert S. Cohen, Division of Administrative

78Hearings, and the Parties having entered into a Settlement Agreement dated June 16 , 2017 , which

93terms appear reasonable and acceptable to the Department. Therefore, the terms of the

106Settlement Agreement, a copy of which is attached, is approved and incorporated into this Final

121Order. The parties are directed to abide by the Settlement according to its terms.

135Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Settlement Agreement is
