55This cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for entry of a Final Order

71of Dismissal following the receipt of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction, a copy

86of which is attached to this Final Order.

94Petitioner had requested a hearing as a result of the Agency's decision to deny the

109petitioner's request for services of in home subsidies. The hearing reque st was forwarded to the

125Divi s ion of Administrative Hearing s for assignment of an Administrative Law Judge to conduct th e

143hearing. Prior to the hearing , Petitioner rescinded the previousl y s ubmitted hearing reque s t for

160services of in home subsidies, which caused the issuance of the Order Closing File and

175Relinquishing Jurisdiction.

177Therefore, based on the foregoing, the petition requesting an administrative hearing is
