60This cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disab i lities for entry of a

76Final Order of Dismissal following the receipt of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing

90Jurisdiction, a copy of wh i ch is attached to this Final Order .

104Petitioner had requested a hearing as a result of an Agency decision notice. The

118request was forwarded to the Division of Administrative Hearings for assignment of an

131Administrative Law Judge to conduct the hearing . Prior to the hearing, Petitioner filed a

146withdrawal of request for hearing , which resulted in the i ssuance of the Order Clos i ng

163File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction.

167Therefore , based on the foregoing , the petition requesting an administrative

177hearing is DENIED. The Agency action denying Petitioner ' s request for services of in
