47This cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for entry of a Final Order of

64Dismissal following the receipt of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction , a copy of

79which is attached to this Final Order.

86Petitioner had requested a hearing as a result of an Agency decision which denied the request

102for exemption from disqualification. The hearing request was forwarded to the Division of

115Administrative Hearings for assignment of an Administrative Law Judge to conduct the hearing. Prior

129to the hearing, Petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal based on Petitioner ' s receipt of a notice

148of qualification for employment in programs regulated by Respondent, which resulted in the issuance

162of the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction.

170Therefore, based on the foregoing , the petition requesting an administrative hearing is hereby

183DENIED. The Agency action denying Petitioner ' s request for an exemption from disqualification is

198moot as petitioner was deemed eligible. #­
