FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for entry of a Final Order of

Dismissal following the receipt of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction, a copy of

which is attached to this Final Order.

Petitioner had requested a hearing as a result of an Agency decision which denied the request

for exemption from disqualification. The hearing request was forwarded to the Division of

Administrative Hearings for assignment of an Administrative Law Judge to conduct the hearing. Prior

to the hearing, Petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal, which resulted in the issuance of the

Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction.

Therefore, based on the foregoing, the petition requesting an administrative hearing is hereby

DENIED. The Agency action denying Petitioner's request for an exemption from disqualification is

now moot, as the Agency upon reconsideration of the previous denial has granted Petitioner's request

for exemption from disqualification.
