66Relinquishing Jurisdiction from the Honorable Robert L. Kilbride, Administrative Law Judge of

78the Division of Administrative Hearings, and the Parties having entered into a Settlement

91Agreement dated August 21, 2018, which terms appear reasonable and acceptable to the

104Department. Therefore, the terms of the Settlement Agreement, a copy of which is attached, is

119approved and incorporated into this Final Order. The parties are directed to abide by the Settlement

138Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Settlement Agreement is
