75This matter came before the Department for entry of a Final Order upon submission of

90final Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction by the Honorable John G. Van

103Laningham Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, a copy of

126The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction.

137The approved relocation is a result of a yet to be closed buy -sell agreement ( "Buy - Sell ")

157between seller Schumacher Auto Group, Inc. d/b /a Schumacher Mitsubishi -West Palm Beach

170( "Schumacher ") and buyer Palm Beach Mits, LLC d/b /a West Palm Beach Mitsubishi ( "PBM").

188Concurrent with the closing of the Buy -Sell, Schumacher will cease to be a Mitsubishi dealer at

2054047 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409 ( "Mitsubishi Operations ").

217It is hereby Ordered that Respondent, PBM, be granted a license as a franchised

231dealership for Mitsubishi, pursuant to the Corrected Notice published April 3, 2018, after

244Schumacher's submission to the Department of a Voluntary Relinquishment of License for the

257Mitsubishi Operations, and upon PBM's compliance with all applicable requirements of section

344parcel is located on the east side of Australian Avenue, approximately 350 feet south of the
