THIS CAUSE came before the Department of Financial Services ("Department") for final

agency action upon the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction issued by Administrative

Law Judge Linzie F. Bogan on July 20, 2018 ("Order''). A copy of the Order is attached as Exhibit

A. International Business Machines has voluntarily dismissed its Petition protesting the

Department's intent to award to Accenture, LLP, the contract pursuant to ITN Number: DFS FL

PALM ITN 1617-07 - Florida Planning, Accounting and Ledger Management Project (Florida

PALM) Software and System Integrator Services .

Accordingly, the Department awards the contract for the Florida Planning, Accounting and

Ledger Management Project (Florida PALM) Software and System Integrator Services to

Accenture, LLP.

NOTICE OF RIGHT TO APPEAL

A party adversely affected by this final order may seek judicial review as provided in

section 120.68, Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9 . 190. Judicial review

is initiated by filing a notice of appeal with the Agency Clerk, and a copy of the notice of appeal,

accompanied by the filing fee, with the appropriate district court of appeal. The notice of appeal

must conform to the requirements of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110(d), and must be
