FINAL ORDER

This case is before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities ("Agency") for

entry of a Final Order concerning the Agency's denial of the Petitioner's

application for licensure as a group home facility.

On July 19, 2018, the Agency denied the Petitioner's application for

licensure as a group home facility. On August 13, 2018, the Agency received the

Petitioner's request for formal hearing and referred this case to DOAH.

Before the administrative hearing set for October 22 , 2018 the Agency filed

an Unopposed Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction that the ALJ granted on October

5, 2018. Subsequently, the Petitioner submitted a new application for licensure as a

group home facility. On November 14, 2018, the Agency granted the Petitioner's

application for licensure. Accordingly, the July 19, 2018 denial is moot and this

administrative case is dismissed.
