62which operates a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital in District 3, Alachua County, Florida filed a

76Motion to Intervene supporting the Agency denial of CON application 10570. The ALJ entered

90an "Order Granting 'Motion to Intervene"' on August 6, 2019, subject to proof Archer

105Rehabilitation, LLC d/b/a UF Health Rehab Hospital is substantially affected and has standing to

119participate in the final hearing.

1245. On August 16, 2019, North Florida Regional Medical Center voluntarily dismissed

136its petition.

1386. On August 26,2019, the Administrative Law Judge entered an Order Closing File

152and Relinquishing Jurisdiction to the Agency.

158It is therefore, ORDERED

1621. The petition for formal hearing is dismissed.

1702. The denial of CON application No. 10570 is UPHELD and adopted as the final

185Agency decision.
