Th is cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (“Agency”)

for entry of a Final Order of Dismissal.

On January 22, 2020, the Agency referred A.R.S. c/o Gladys Soto

(“Petitioner”) to the Divis ion of Administrative Hearings (“DOAH”), where an

administrative law judge was assigned, and the case was scheduled for hearing.

Petitioner filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal without Prejudice (“Notice of

Dismissal”) with DOAH on April 6, 2020 . On April 7, 2020, DOAH issued an Order

Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction (“Order”).

Petitioner did not request an informal hearing pursuant to section 120.57(2),

Florida Statutes. Based on Petitioner’s Notice of Dismissal and DOAH’s Order , this

cas e is hereby closed.

It is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is dismissed with

prejudice and closed.
