47FINAL ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT - -

54This matter comes before the Department for entry of a Final Order Approving Settlement

68Agreement entered into between the parties in this cause .

78On July 5, 2019, the Department issued an Administrative Complaint against the

90Respondent. On May 29, 2020, the Department and Respondent entered into a Settlement

103Agreement, to resolve the pending charges alleged in the Administrative Complaint.

114Upon consideration of the Settlement Agreement, which is attached hereto, and beirig fully

127advised of the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1371. The Settlement Agreement as submitted is hereby approved, adopted, and

148incorporated herein by reference .

1532. The parties shall adhere to and abide by all the terms and conditions of the

169Settlement Agreement.

1713. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Respondent shall pay a civil fine in the

185amount of$28,700.00 within 90 days from the date of filing of this Final Order .

2014. Failure to pay the civil fine will result in the Department suspending

214Respondent's license until such time that Respondent complies with the terms of this final order.
