483. Respondent violated these provisions of th e contract by uploading a passing result

62for customers on June 24, 2020, when there were no approved driving examiners at its site. As a

80result of this fraudulent activity, Respondent’s driving skills and knowledge examination contr acts

93with the Department are TERMINATED .

99It is further ordered that the case is CLOSED .
