75Order of Penalty Assessment are hereby adopted as the Department's findings of fact in this

91CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

948. Based upon the findings of fact adopted herein, the Department concludes

106Employer violated the specific statutes and rules as alleged in the Stop-Work Order and the 2nd

122Amended Order of Penalty Assessment.

1279. Employer remains subject to the conditional release until the total penalty of

140$54,263.84 is paid in full.
