185The amount awarded for medical expenses was based on the understanding of

208that Humana has no right to reimbursement and is not seeking reimbursement, and

221that no medical provider is seeking additional payment from the Claimants or

233from the Defendant.

236Defendant Lifemark Hospital of Florida, Inc., d/b/a Palmetto General

245Hospital shall also pay the costs of the arbitration proceedings, including the

257fees for Arbitrator Leibowitz and Arbitrator Jack. By agreement of the parties,

269Arbitrators Leibowitz and Jack shall each be paid the sum of $1,000.00, for a
