11-2.001. Purpose

Effective on Wednesday, March 2, 1977

1The purpose of this rule chapter is to inform the public of the statutory reward provided for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons making false reports as to bombings or other violence to property owned by the state or, after June 15, 1976, by any of its political subdivisions and to prescribe procedures whereby such rewards may be substantiated and claimed.
