11B-30. Examinations |
1(1) For the purposes of this rule chapter, the terms “successfully completed” and “successfully complete” are defined as being denoted with a “Pass,” pursuant to subsection 2811B-35.001(10), 29F.A.C., on the completed Training Report, form CJSTC-67, revised November 5, 2015, 41effective 9/2016, hereby incorporated by reference, 47http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-0737549. 50Form CJSTC-67 can be obtained at the following FDLE Internet address: http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/CJSTC/Publications/Forms.aspx, or by contacting Commission staff at (850)410-8615.
69(2) The following individuals are eligible to take the State Officer Certification Examination (SOCE) for the requested criminal justice discipline:
89(a) Individuals who, within four years of beginning basic recruit training, have successfully completed a Commission-approved Basic Recruit Training Program, pursuant to rule 11211B-35.002, 113F.A.C.
114(b) Inactive Florida law enforcement, correctional, and correctional probation officers, defined in section 127943.1395(3), F.S., 129who comply with paragraph 13311B-27.00212(12)(a), 134and rule 13611B-35.009, 137F.A.C., shall pass the SOCE within one year of notification of approval of the 151Exemption-From-152Training, form CJSTC-76, revised August 2, 2018, effective 7/2019, hereby 162incorporated by reference, 165http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-10753167. 168Form CJSTC-76 can be obtained at the following FDLE Internet address: http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/CJSTC/Publications/Forms.aspx, or by contacting Commission staff at (850)410-8615.
187(c) Out-of-state, military, and federal law enforcement, correctional, and correctional probation officers or members of the special operations forces who comply with rule 21011B-35.009, 211F.A.C., shall pass the SOCE within one year of notification of approval of the 225Exemption-From-226Training form CJSTC-76.
