11I-1.014. Savings Clause

Effective on Thursday, July 8, 1982

1Any employee actions that occur prior to the date of the promulgation of these rules, for which disciplinary action may be taken but for which disciplinary action has not begun, shall have disciplinary actions administered pursuant to the procedures outlined herein.
