12-19.006. Recordkeeping Requirements

Effective on Thursday, February 18, 1988

1A person required to file a report of a large currency transaction shall keep a copy of each report filed for five years from the date of filing. The reports, and the books and records of such persons shall be available for inspection, during normal business hours, by the Department upon request.
