12B-6.008. Interest

Effective on Thursday, September 18, 2008

1Interest shall accrue at the rate of interest established pursuant to Section 13213.235, F.S. 15and Rule 1712-3.0015, 18F.A.C. (prorated daily), not to exceed one percent per month. Interest accrues from the date of the delinquency until paid.
