12D-13.029. Property Tax Deferral - Sale of Deferred Payment Tax Certificates; Collection of Delinquent Undeferred and Deferred Taxes

Effective on Tuesday, April 5, 2016

1Deferred payment tax certificates will be issued for all deferred taxes, but these tax certificates are exempt from the ad21vertisement and public sale provisions of Section 28197.432 29or 30197.4725, F.S. 32The tax collector must strike off each deferred payment tax certificate to the county.
